Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges.
-Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 20% service fee charge.
-Same-day cancellations will be subject to a 50% service fee charge.
-Same-day bookings that result in a no-show will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require a deposit for future bookings.
-In cases of reasonable circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, the cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of Champagne Mane.
